**T**he Role*Hain Daniels are currently recruiting for a Team Leader at our Grimsby site. In Grimsby, we manufacture fresh soups for our New Covent Garden brand and for private label.
To manage the day-to-day efficient running of the meat free CRM and soup factory operations to deliver competitive advantage, optimising customer service, innovation, quality and cost in a safe working environment.
**Key Responsibilities**
- Control all aspects of Operations by the efficient management of a Lead Operator and operatives
- Comply with all health and safety and legislative requirements
- Maintain and update H&S Risk Assessments, complete regular Tops Talks and Near Miss Reports
- Fully support and drive through continuous improvement on health & safety

**What you will need for the role / what it will take**
- Relevant level of education - GCSE C or above
- Team Leader or similar within the food industry
- Demonstrable understanding of the food industry, processes & equipment
