Established in 1986 our client has gained a great reputation in the industry and have since opened two further branches. They cover a wide spectrum of services including Commercial Property Law, Family Law, and Lasting Powers of Attorney. This family runfirm is seeking a trustworthy solicitor who will add to their already high standards and good name.

**As the Private Client Solicitor, you will**:

- Handle Probates, Trusts, and Court of Protection work.
- You will have to be confident and capable of preparing Wills and Lasting Power of Attorney documents.
- Being punctual to run your own caseload - such as standard probate court matters.
- You’ll have your own dedicated secretary to help manage scheduling etc.

**To be considered for this position, you’ll need**:

- 5 years PQE or equivalent experience is required.
- Examples and knowledge of Will drafting, Lasting Power of Attorney Drafting.
