**The job in a nutshell**
- £29,725 - £33,950 salary
- Permanent/full-time position - 37 hours
- Offer comprehensive professional HR assistance and support to the client group, encompassing advice on employment terms and conditions, resolution of work-related issues such as grievances, discipline, flexible working, probationary periods, absence, performance management, and organisational development
- Assist managers during meetings related to grievances, disciplinary matters, formal absenteeism, performance reviews, and probationary processes
- Contribute to the realisation of the HR Strategy, participating in designated projects and facilitating change management
- Foster robust connections with the client group through consistent attendance at meetings with Directors and managers within the group
- Offer proactive assistance to the client group, aiding managers in the attainment of business objectives
- Oversee a HR Assistant to ensure comprehensive support for the client group

**What you’ll need**
- Level 5 CIPD qualified (or equivalent), or be working towards
- Previous and current experience of working to a similar level within a busy, proactive HR function with demonstrable experience of managing a high and varied caseload
- Working knowledge of current employment law and best practice
