Anderson Knight is looking to recruit an Installation Coordinator for one of our clients based in South Lanarkshire on a full-time permanent basis.

As a coordinator working closely with automatic door installers and the internal support team, your role is crucial in ensuring smooth and efficient installations while maximizing customer satisfaction. Based on the requirements you mentioned, here is a breakdown of the main responsibilities:
Scheduling Labour for Installations:

- Plan and schedule labour resources for upcoming installations.
- Be prepared to handle short-notice installations and allocate the appropriate installers based on availability and skillset.

Assisting Team Leader in Planning and Delegation:

- Collaborate with the Team Leader to plan and organize installation activities.
- Delegate tasks and workload to automatic door installers based on their capabilities.
- Address any specific requirements related to the nature, location, and duration of the work, including equipment hire and site access.

Adhering to Internal Procedures:

- Follow internal procedures, including raising and issuing purchase orders for sub-contractors.
- Invoice completed jobs accurately and promptly.
- Order hire equipment as required for installations.
- Coordinate site security arrangements and ensure safety protocols are followed.
- Generate weekly reports aligned with the objectives set for the year.

Site Readiness:

- Issue and receive Site Checklists to ensure that sites are ready for installation.

Office Support:

- Act as the first point of contact in the office for customers, assisting with general queries and problem-solving.
- Collaborate with the internal support team to resolve any customer-related issues promptly.

Revenue Recognition and Invoicing:

- Ensure accurate revenue recognition for each project.
- Generate and process project invoices in a timely manner.

By effectively managing these responsibilities, you will contribute to the overall efficiency of installations, customer satisfaction, and the success of the automatic door installation projects.
