**Behaviour Therapist £21,500- £23,500 / Assistant Behaviour Analyst (supervised hours provided) £24,000-£26,000 & Behaviour Analyst in Residential Services £31,500-£35,500**

The Behaviour Clinic is recruiting two Behaviour Analysts to be part of a unique residential project. Part of your week would include working on one of the below projects. As part of this role you would receive weekly supervision and attend weekly team meetings led by a BCBA.

**Project 1: A Local Authority in South Wales are investing in a Trauma Informed Behaviour Analytic Model. This project will involve playing a key role in developing, implementing, and embedding this model into children’s homes for care experienced children, young people, and vulnerable young adults.**

**Project 1 overview**
- 24 hours of your working week will be spent within residential homes.
- Your remaining full-time hours will be spent on case work directly with The Behaviour Clinic. You will have a significantly reduced case load to allow you the time to focus on this project.
- This project supports two children's homes for children who are care experienced and displaying complex behaviours that means they are unable to live in a typical foster placement. As well as one adult's home that provides intensive support to young adults that have recently left care and need additional supports to learn life and independence skills.
- These homes specialise in supporting individuals with complex behaviours with and without any formal diagnosis.
- There will be availability to pick up an additional caseload with The Behaviour Clinic, depending on availability.
- Working within a team of Behaviour Analysts and other professionals from The Behaviour Clinic and Local Authorities.

**Project 1 Responsibilities**:

- Assessments (direct & indirect): undertake assessments directly with the service users and significant adults known to them.
- Write reports: convert assessment measures into written reports that will be distributed to the professionals working with the service user.
- Staff meetings: attend and, where appropriate, run team meetings with the staff team at the residential homes.
- Staff training & workshops: create and undertake training and workshops for staff on bespoke and specific topics related to the individual service users.
- Attending professional meetings: attend professional meetings and provide insight into your work with the service unit.
- Direct work: complete direct work with the service users targeting specific skills or areas that have been identified as in need of teaching.
- Modelling: model various approaches to other staff members including, running specific interventions, responding to challenging behaviour ETC.
- Implementing interventions: implementing the below programmes and interventions with the service users
- Reinforcement systems
- TRIBE Trauma Framework model implementation
- Transitions plans
- Bespoke interventions
- Data collection: collect data on specific behaviours.
- Analysis: analyse data collected and incorporate these into reports or data summaries.
- Clinical meetings: attend and where appropriate run clinical meetings with staff to disseminate interventions and discuss the service uses with the rest of the staff team.
- Residential team meetings: attend weekly meetings with the other practitioners working within the residential team from both The Behaviour Clinic and Local Authority.
- Monthly group supervisions: Attend monthly group supervisions with the rest of the practitioners working within the residential team from both The Behaviour Clinic and Local Authority.

**Project 2: A Local Authority in South Wales are investing in a Trauma Informed Behaviour Analytic Model to be implemented within their children’s homes for individuals with learning disabilities. This project will involve playing a key role in developing, implementing, and embedding this model into children’s homes for care experienced children and young people who are neurodivergent.**

**Project 2 overview**
- 15 hours of your working week will be spent across residential homes.
- Your remaining full-time hours will be spent on case work directly with The Behaviour Clinic, this will consist of up-to four additional cases depending on demand and availability.
- This project supports two children's homes for care experienced children who have a diagnosis.
- These homes specialise in supporting children with a wide range of learning disabilities, such as Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD), Global Development Delay (GDD), Attention Deficit Hyperactivity Disorder (ADHD) and Oppositional Defiance Disorder (ODD) as well as others.
- There will be availability to pick up an additional caseload with The Behaviour Clinic, depending on availability.
- Working within a team of Behaviour Analysts from The Behaviour Clinic and Local Authorities.
- It is desirable you will have experience working with children with learning disabilities.
