**The Role**:

- Negotiate successful sales of our properties, ensuring customer satisfaction and exceeding targets.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with applicants and existing clients, providing exceptional customer service throughout the sales process.
- Generate new business and expand our client base through proactive networking and lead-generation activities.
- Register new sales and lettings applicants, gathering relevant information to facilitate smooth property transactions.
- Organise and coordinate property viewings, showcasing the features and benefits of our properties.
- Develop a thorough understanding of the Oldham area to effectively assist clients in their property search.
- Conduct external viewings as necessary, providing detailed information and addressing client inquiries.
- The role is full-time, from Monday to Friday, 9.00 am to 5.30 pm, with alternate Saturdays from 10.00 am to 2.00 pm.

**The Person**:

- Strong work ethic and a proactive approach to achieving sales targets.
- Enthusiastic and positive attitude, able to adapt to a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and establish trust with clients.
- Demonstrated ability to successfully negotiate and close sales deals.
- Knowledge of the Oldham area is highly desirable.
- Valid UK driving license and own transport, mileage paid and covered.

**The Offer**:

- Salary: £21,402.68 per year
- On-Target Earnings: Expect a total potential income of £25,000, including commission & Bonus.

- Training completion bonus: Employees who successfully complete professional qualifications receive a salary increase.
