**Salary**: £12 per hour (Upon successful completion of the contract period, a bonus of £1,000 will be awarded)

Expected commencement: July 2024

**Job Description**:
Key Responsibilities:
1. Daily Banking:

- Perform daily banking tasks, including deposits and reconciliations.
- Maintain accurate cash book records.
- Update cash flow reports with actuals.

2. Supplier Management:

- Process supplier invoices and ensure timely payments.
- Maintain supplier records and communicate with suppliers as needed.

3. Staff Expenses and Payments:

- Manage staff expense claims and process reimbursements.
- Reconcile pre-paid card and credit card statements.
- Ensure accurate and timely payment of staff expenses.

4. Mail Handling:

- Receive, sort, and scan posts.
- Prepare and send outgoing mails and posts.
- Monitor and manage the accounts inbox, responding to inquiries as needed.

5. Staff Administration:

- Update and maintain staff files for new joiners and existing employees.
- Chase new staff references and monitor DBS (Disclosure and Barring Service) status.
- Issue staff-related letters and correspondence as required.

**Requirements**:

- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel.
- Experience with bookkeeping and basic accounting principles.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize workload effectively.
- Previous experience in a similar finance or administrative role is preferred.
- Knowledge of Soldo card and credit card reconciliation processes is a plus.
- Onsite working.
