**Who we are looking for**:
All backgrounds will always be considered and experience here is far more important.

**Required Experience**:

- Dynamics 365 CE (ideally Customer Service) configuration and customisation
- Ability to develop custom plugins (C#), workflow and actions
- Strong Power Automate (Cloud Flow) skills (at scale)
- Strong Canvas App Dev (at enterprise level)
- Ideally have Typescript/JS/HTML/CSS dev. to support bespoke interface development
- Excellent communicator, capable of engaging at all levels with customers
- Distributed team dev. inc source control appreciation, esp. ADO / GIT and CI
- Relevant Microsoft certifications (PL-200. MB-230, PL-100 etc)

- ability to work effectively with remote teams in India
- ability to work flexibly to deliver on-time to tight timescales
