Major insurance Group is seeking a qualified actuary with excellent knowledge of the BPA process, from initial deal execution through to buy-out, to create and actively manage the Target Operating Model for the Transitions team.

Leading the management of large and complex Schemes, you will oversee the journey from deal execution to buy-out, supporting Trustees through the process.

You will also confidentially lead all operational aspects of BPA new business pitches, carrying out all required tasks for operational readiness prior to deal execution for self-managed deals.

In addition, you will review benefit specifications and validate that benefits have been onboarded accurately by the outsourced provider.
