Job Summary:
As a Jump Crew member, your primary responsibility is to ensure the safety and satisfaction of park participants while delivering excellent customer service. You will play a crucial role in enhancing the customer experience, enforcing safety guidelines, assisting injured participants, maintaining the cleanliness of the park, and supporting the smooth operation of the café during peak times. This position requires physical fitness, confidence, responsibility, and the ability to work well within a team.
**Responsibilities**:
- Demonstrate excellent customer service skills and enhance the customer experience in line
with company goals.
- Ensure all participants have watched the safety video before entering the park and
understand the rules.
- Answer any park safety questions and guide participants to the queuing area.
- Ensure all users are wearing "gripper style" trampolining socks for their safety.
- Observe, direct, and control participants' activities to ensure compliance with park rules.
- Coordinate the clearing of the park when the allotted time has lapsed.
- Escort injured or tired participants off the court and provide first aid when necessary (full
training provided).
- Ensure the first aid room is stocked and ready for emergencies.
- Perform regular maintenance and cleaning tasks in the park (full training provided).
- Adhere to the company's Health and Safety policy to maintain a safe environment.
- Ensure the smooth running of the café during peak times.
- Maintain cleanliness and tidiness in the café area.
- Complete daily and weekly cleaning tasks to a high standard.
- Report any stock issues to the Supervisor.

- Physical fitness and ability to demonstrate the safe use of park equipment.
- Confidence, assertiveness, and a responsible nature.
- Outgoing and positive can-do attitude, adaptable to change, and a team player.
- Quick thinking, ability to remain calm in challenging situations, and show initiative.
- Availability to work on weekends and during school holidays.

- Ability to enforce rules and regulations firmly and respectfully.
- Detail-oriented with a focus on maintaining cleanliness and safety.
- Ability to work in a standing position for extended periods.
- Friendly and enthusiastic demeanor when interacting with customers.
- Willingness to attend First Aid training provided by the company (no prior certification
required).
Additional Information:
The role may involve working in other areas upon management or Duty Managers request during scheduled shifts.

**Job Type**: Zero hours contract
Pay: £6.50-£11.44 per hour
