**Working Pattern: 37 hrs per week - Monday to Friday**
**Location: Bilsthorpe, Nottinghamshire NG22**
Via currently has a fantastic opportunity to join our Electrical Team as an Electrical Coordinator Inspector based at our Bilsthorpe Depot.
**About the role**:
As an Electrical Coordinator, you will work on the National Grid portal and with the District Network Operators to coordinate electrical connection works, book road space/permits, and update information such as start and end dates, whereabouts and completed works. You will create job packs for jointers and inspectors which include NERS instructions, risk assessments, DNO paperwork, drawings and stats. You will use systems and software packages to meet requirements for connection works with the National Electricity Registrations Scheme (NERS).
You will also respond to a wide range of electrical installation enquires from members of the public, councillors, district/borough councils, developers & energy providers meeting timescales. You will work with the electrical supervisors to create work packs and instructions for teams, identify resource availability and ensure efficient scheduling of work and future programmes. You will also plan and priorities your workloads ensuring you meet deadlines and assess processes and procedures to maintain efficiency and quality
- Previous experience in an administrative or customer service environment
- Proven ability to plan and prioritise workload and react to a wide variety of queries in a busy office environment
- Flexibility to learn new skills and a look for continuous improvement of service delivery
