We are seeking a skilled Painter to join our team. As a Painter, you will be responsible for painting the interior of the building, it will be in a Uni so will be rooms and touching up bits and pieces

**Responsibilities**:

- Prepare surfaces by scraping, wire brushing, or sanding to a smooth finish
- Mix and match colors to achieve desired color
- Cover floors and furniture with drop cloths to protect them from paint splatters
- Fill cracks and holes with putty or plaster
- Clean up work areas and remove hazardous material

**Experience**:

- At least 2 years of experience as a professional painter
- Ability to work independently or as part of a team
- Attention to detail and ability to produce high-quality work
- Excellent time management skills
