**Responsibilities include**:

- Building relationships with, applicants, landlords and colleagues
- Booking and attending valuations/ viewings
- Partnering managers and the marketing team to develop strategies to improve market share
- Previous estate/ lettings agency experience (minimum 2 years)
- A 'can do’ attitude with a competitive nature
- Excellent relationship building skills
- A clean driving license

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent
