InstaGroup's operational department boasts a versatile network of installers with expertise spanning solar, insulation, heating, and electrical installations. As the pivotal Operations Lead, you will play a crucial role in maintaining the daily operations, which includes:

- Managing escalations and effectively resolving issues as they arise directly with our customers and our instatation staff
- Identifying recurring themes from escalations to implement proactive solutions.
- Managing and engaging with all subcontractors, setting clear expectations and managing their time effectively.
- Ensure all work that is complete is to a high standard and compliant with Health and Safety regulations
- Overseeing recruitment and retention efforts to maintain a skilled and motivated workforce.
- Ensuring high levels of productivity within teams through targeted incentivisations such as bonuses tied to performance targets and standards.
- Identifying opportunities for efficiencies and implementing improved ways of working to streamline processes.
- Overseeing systems and data management to drive efficiencies and enhance overall process effectiveness.
