- To promote a balanced healthy diet as he is a wheelchair user but stands using aides to transfer from Wheelchair to Easy Chair/Toilet/Bed but weight gain is having an impact on him weight bearing. What are the staff team who support us trained in. All mandatory Training and service specific needed in the Service is Moving & Positioning.
- **What is important to Me**
- My Family is very important to me, I see my Mum on a regular basis, She comes and has tea with me twice a week and I ring her twice a day each morning at 8am & every evening 8pm. My sister Supports me Saturday & Sunday from 8.30am until 4pm. Day services is also important for me I attend 5 days a week.

What activities do I do? I prefer to do my Activities with my Family on a Weekend, I like to go on bus rides and train rides, I visit Boot sales with my family.
