**Your key **responsibilities** as a **Night** Porter **are to assist the Night Managers in running the hotel which includes: to welcome the guests; ensure their luggage is delivered correctly; assisting the concierge team and booking taxis and other forms of transport; answering general guest queries; assisting with Room Service orders and preparation of food and drinks.

**What are we looking for in a **Night** Porter?**
- Good knowledge of London and key attractions
- Previous experience in a customer facing role and excellent communication skills
