Ecclesiastical Lawyer

Ecclesiastical Lawyer Required - England
An exceptional top 100 law firm with a reputation for excellence and integrity are looking for an Ecclesiastical Lawyer to join their happy and highly professional team.
This role will add a new practice area to the firm and you will need to have a desire to succeed and also to develop the department.
You will be an existing Diocesan Registrar and have an in depth understanding of, but not be limited to:

- The Clergy Discipline Measure
- Reverter of Sites Acts
- Mission and Pastoral Measure
- Governance of the Church of England
- Consistory Court Hearings
- Charity law in particular restricted funds and permanent endowment
- Burial Grounds Acts
- Marriage Licences & Banns
- Church of England Parochial Fees
This role will sit with the Charity and Education Team and can be conducted from any of the firm's offices across the UK.
You will already be a Diocesan Registrar looking to collaborate with other experts in their field with the aim to develop yours and theirs skill set further, and effectively provide an excellent client service.
