Our mission at MySquare Branded Residences is to be the world’s best loved digital enabled serviced apartments operator. We do this by sourcing beautifully furnished boutique style apartments in the most desirable locations in London and operating with a highly service oriented mindset to deliver an exceptional customer experience with every stay. We benefit from decades of operational and technical knowhow, and use our award winning proprietary suite of technology to deliver consistent customer experience.

Our aim is to double our London portfolio of managed residences to 400 units by 2026. In turn, this expansionary phase has created an opening for a highly service oriented ambitious emerging leader.

This position will play a critical role and act as the main point of contact in both growing and managing our portfolio of properties. If you are ambitious, a natural problem solver, and a people person looking to be rewarded for your hard work then this is for you

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Conduct primary research on new upcoming property developments & work with retail as well as institutional landlords and funds in line with the Company’s property strategy
- Establish initial contact and form partnerships with developers, fund managers, contractors, and regulators
- Design programs to buy, lease, or manage property portfolio as suitable across central London
- Negotiate terms for new and renewed contracts
- Be proactive in networking in the property industry and communicate effectively across relevant bodies, forums, and trade associations
- Prepare timely, accurate & professional reports & proposals and meet monthly, Quarterly Acquisition and management KRAs
- Manage a team within the property department
- Implement SOPs to improve departmental performance and achieve company targets
- Help manage a portfolio of up to 200 existing properties in London
- Budgeting and cost control measures, including monitoring budget variance
- To proactively interview, test, and grow a list of approved and skilled contractors to help resolve a variety of property issues
- Provide valuable feedback to improve processes and technology to deliver world-class service levels to our customers
- To take a commercial approach to grow the property portfolio and to bill to reclaim costs where possible

**Skills Required**:

- A minimum of 7 years' proven track record in residential property acquisition and management
- You will be a great communicator with real problem-solving skills
- Desire and drive to succeed, get things done, and develop professionally
- Fosters a culture of excellence in service delivery
- You will be able to articulate your exceptional customer service and have a people-oriented approach
- Highly numerate and analytical, Strong negotiation & presentation skills
- Good understanding of legal terminology and contract agreements

Pay: £25,000.00-£28,000.00 per year
