Parker Jones are acting on behalf of a responsive maintenance team, who are looking for a multi-trader in the Hastings area to carry out reactive day to day repairs in residential properties.

**Duties**
- Undertake repair/renewal works across several trades such as plastering, carpentry, plumbing and tiling.
- Bathroom and kitchen fittings.
- Carry out repairs on occupied and unoccupied dwellings.

**Requirements**:

- Experience in carpentry, basic plumbing, plastering, and tilling.
- Knowledge of health and safety regulations.
- Hold relevant training such as working from heights, manual handling, and asbestos awareness.
- Full UK driving licence.

**Other Information**
- Working hours 8am to 5pm Monday-Friday.
- Company will carry out a DBS check.
- You will be given a company van + fuel card.
- 22 days annual leave.
- Pension.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: £32,000.00-£33,000.00 per year
