Grounds Crew

The Green Team Arboricultural Division Limited is a specialist Arboricultural Contractor based in Caterham, Surrey with operations covering London, the Home Counties and surrounding areas for a wide variety of clients.

As part of our expanding operation, an opportunity has arisen for two grounds operatives to join a growing and ambitious team, working with and assisting our tree surgeons/climbers.
- A minimum of one year as an arborist grounds operative
- NPTC 201/202 (CS30) Chainsaw Maintenance and Crosscutting
- NPTC 206/306 (CS38) Tree Climbing & Aerial Rescue
- Highly motivated and able to work to an extremely high standard of both safety and quality

**Desirables**
- Full Driving Licence with a minimum of two years driving experience (minimum age 25 or over to drive our vehicles due to insurance reasons)
- C1/C1+E Driving Licence Entitlement
- NPTC 220 (or Equivalent) Safe Use of a Stump Grinder
- NPTC 222 (or Equivalent) Safe Use of Manually Fed Woodchipper
- Further NPTC/Lantra certification
- PA1 and PA6 pesticide qualifications
- Essential knowledge of relevant health and safety requirements
- First Aid Certification
- IPAF Certification

**Experience**:

- Arboricultural: 1 year (required)

Licence/Certification:

- Full UK Driving Licence for at least 2 years (preferred)
- Certification in use of Wood Chippers and/or Stump Grinders (preferred)
