Location: The East Locality Team cover the East side of the Middlesbrough area. The service is very keen to promote flexible/blended working for all staff. This includes agile working at home as well as other Middlesbrough Council bases.

The East Locality Team works with adults over 18 who have a range of short term and long term needs for example physical or mental health needs; substance use; domestic abuse and homelessness. As part of the initial assessment process we are committed to promoting independence, offering information, advice and guidance and providing short term interventions such as reablement, where possible.

We are looking for a motivated individual who is adaptable change and who can support the Team Manager to ensure that the team delivers an effective social work service, which meets the needs of adults and their carers, whilst maintaining standards against our policies and procedures.

We will support you by providing regular supervision and access to training.
