The post holder will work with the Compliance Manager to co-ordinate, support and improve the monitoring processes across a wide range of Estates activities ensuring compliance with our regulatory and statutory obligations.
You will need to have good Technical knowledge of building services and be able to demonstrate excellent communication skills to effectively manage the workload and administrative tasks utilising CAFM software.
The successful applicant will require a flexible attitude, be able to work autonomously and as part of a team which may include participation in an out of hours on-call rota when required.

Assist in the strategic development and operational delivery of the full range of hard FM services across the Trust and Trust Joint Venture vehicles, including, but not limited to, the management and provision of statutory, planned and reactive maintenance of assets, sites and buildings, ensuring efficient and reliable operations.
To support the Compliance Manager and Head of Estates and Facilities, ensuring the Trust complies with NHS guidance and statutory legislation, as well as assisting the CAFM manager with updating and maintaining the asset management system.
To actively promote hard services compliance within the Trust developing a culture of excellent customer service.
To assist with the performance for cross directorate contracts, establishing and managing call off contract administration and performance management arrangements.
To deputise in the absence of the Compliance Manager and provide cross functional support.
