**Supervisor**

At SPAR/CJ Lang we pride ourselves on serving local communities for over a century. We are a long established family business and cultivating a sense of belonging is important to us. We provide everything from tonight’s dinner to ‘Food to Go’, to the communities we serve. We are open 7 days a week from early morning until late at night so flexibility is important; you might need to work some mornings, evenings and weekends.

Our retail Supervisors are the vital link between our Customer Service Assistants and the Store Manager and, in this role, you will be involved in many aspects of running a store, from stock management to motivating staff to deliver outstanding customer service, all with the benefit of working with our trusted SPAR brand. Additionally, you may also have key-holder responsibility for opening and closing the store.
