**The role**We have an exciting opportunity for an experienced Bid Co-ordinator to join us on a fixed-term basis within our Milton Keynes Head Office, giving you the chance to work with a leading medical recruitment agency. As a Bid Co-ordinator you will be responsiblefor liaising with various stakeholders across the business to ensure bids are completed and submitted within the given timescales. We require somebody who has excellent attention to detail, is a quick learner and excellent team player.
Key responsibilities**:

- Compile, complete and submit ITT, PQQ and proposal documents, working closely with the Commercial Director and other members of the Senior Management Team
- Express interest and download tender documents for review
- Monitor and update profiles and company details on numerous procurement portals
- Maintain and regularly update the bid library
- Maintain a pipeline log for upcoming opportunities and frameworks/re-tenders
- Create/write tender responses, case studies, marketing material and other documents
- Monitor the central mailbox in order to capture new tender opportunities and updates
- Act as the point of contact for framework and contract related queries
- Ensure all contracts are sent to the Company Secretary for review
- Provide support in completing tender and proposal presentations
- Support other departments in completing supplier questionnaires/company information requests

**Required skills**:

- Previous experience within a bidding role
- Has a good understanding of the bid management process
- Excellent communication skills and works well within a team
- Strong organisation skills and pays attention to detail
