**Warehouse Operator / Warehouse Labourer**

**£24,200 basic salary, overtime also available**

**Permanent role. Monday - Friday, 42.5 hours per week.**

**One week Dayshift, one week Backshift.**

We are looking for an experienced Warehouse Operator for a permanent, full-time position with our client in Uddingston. This is a role within an industrial warehouse setting, handling large and sometimes awkward items - it is NOT the type of role where youwill be picking and packing small items or using shopping trolleys.

Previous and proven experience of doing a similar hands-on warehouse operator role within an industrial environment is required along with you also having a steady employment history. In addition to the hands-on physical aspect of the job which means youmust be physically fit and energetic, applicants must also be hardworking, reliable and always on time, have good attention to detail, and be able to follow verbal and written instructions.

Working hours are a rotating one week dayshift and one week backshift - dayshift is Monday to Friday 9.00am to 6.30pm and backshift is Monday to Friday 12.30pm to 10.00pm. Applicants must be able to do these shifts on a weekly rotating basis, and you mustalso be quite flexible as regular overtime is also needed during busy periods and this can sometimes also include Saturdays. Overtime is of course paid for any additional hours.
