**Lucas Love Healthcare are recruiting an experienced **Senior Healthcare Consultant** to join our team.**

**The Role**:
**Main Duties and Responsibilities**:

- To encourage, motivate, mentor and support staff in their development and training
- Arranging and undertake effective client visits generating new business and understanding client needs
- Proactive business development promotional activity
- Assisting the Finance Director and Nurse Manager to ensure the Agency meets RQIA guidelines
- Liaising with the compliance team to ensure Healthcare workers remain compliant.
- Make business development calls to establish, maintain and develop relationships with potential clients
- Gathering information on client
- details of decision maker, number of employees
- Working with the team to respond effectively to a range of enquiries and where practical convert the enquiry to an appropriate booking.

**Online booking system**:

- Capturing all information and bookings correctly on the company booking system
- Ensure correct and effective use of the booking system by healthcare team members.

**Other**:

- Identifying and suggesting improvements to new and existing processes/ procedures and systems.
- Assist in interviews recruitment, retention of healthcare consultants in order to grow the team in line with agreed hiring plans
- Prioritising workload and ensure you are working to an effective day plan
- Excellent internal communication is required at all times i.e. with Management, Finance, HR and other departments and team members
- Ensuring records are kept in line with legislative requirements
- Motivating and encouraging team members to meet and exceed targets
- Positively participate in performance management processes
- Ensuring timekeeping and attendance meet Company requirements
- Adhering to health and safety policy
- Assisting with any other duties consistent with the nature and level of the post as may be required.

**Essential Criteria**:

- Experience in leading a team /. Management experience
- Knowledge of the healthcare industry

**Desirable Criteria**:

- Working in an office or similar environment
- Experience in dealing with complaints / investigations
