**New Vehicle Conversion Specialist**

We have many different backgrounds and levels of experience working with us all adding to the rich and dynamic environment that underpins the VanHaven culture.

What your day will look like:

- Using power tools to cut vehicles ready for window & pop-top roofs
- Vehicle electronic installations, wiring and coding
- Fitting insulation and carpet lining
- Carpentry
- Plumbing
- Electrical wiring works
- Wheel changes
- Fitting Air Ride suspension kits
- Dependent on experience additional tasks to include vehicle servicing and suspension installation
- We are looking for the following transferable skills, such as task accuracy, consistency, common sense, efficiency, and a diligent proactive approach to work. On a personal level you will be positive, flexible, co-operative and be able to work to instructions issued by line management.
- We are a passionate bunch of petrol heads, and the business attends a number of shows each year, from drag racing to Goodwood.
- VanHaven is the go to brand leader in bespoke luxury conversions and as a result we enjoy relationships with a number of VanHaven Brand Ambassadors from extreme sports stars to celebrities.
- The role we are recruiting for is Full Time Permanent.
- OTE - £40,000 + pa. We operate a time save bonus scheme and pay overtime at a rate of time and a half.

- City & Guilds Automotive (preferred)
- Driving Licence (preferred)
