Premier work support are pleased to be working with a leading company in Dartford to recruit a permanent **Branch Supervisor.**

Working closely with the Branch Manager and the team, you will have excellent communication skills with the ability to quickly build strong working relationships having the ability and desire to help lead, motivate and ensure all staff are trained and coachedto reach their full potential.
- People management
- Updating holiday and sickness records,
- Recruitment and selection
- Team updates/meetings,
- Training and development, reviewing and improving current working practices and documentation.
- Health and safety responsibilities

Experience
- People Management
- Customer Service
- Strong Microsoft Experience
- Administration experience

This role is Monday to Friday with working hours of 8.00am - 5.00pm
