We Search People are a leading & growing Recruitment Consultancy who specialise in the Construction & Engineering industry in the USA.

**Who Are You?**

We are on the lookout for several Trainee Recruiters to join us in our Swindon office. For these positions, we do not require any previous recruitment experience.

Some experience in a sales or customer service environment would be beneficial, but we mainly want people who have an excellent attitude, a desire to progress their career & earn good money, know how to work individually and also as part of a team and who are relentless in their pursuit of success.

Excellent communication skills & a confident personality are integral to this role.

**Salary & Benefits**

We offer generous basic salaries dependent on experience, in addition to an outstanding commission scheme that rewards success.

This is a position where you 'get out what you put in'.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: £20,000.00-£40,000.00 per year

**Benefits**:
