**About the Role**:
**Full Time Kitchen Team Member at Central Production - Newcastle International Airport**

**Pay Rate: £11.60 per hour **+ as a little incentive, you will earn an** extra £1.20 per hour **for hours worked between midnight and 6 AM, bringing your **rate of pay to £12.80 per hour.**

**Shift pattern: Full Time (Must be able to work 30 hours, at all times), scheduled between 04:00am
- 10pm, including weekends**

Due to some responsibilities within the **Kitchen Team Member** role, **applicants will need to be 18 years of age or over **to perform certain tasks or work on certain shifts and will be required to handle and serve alcohol.

**AS A KITCHEN TEAM MEMBER, YOUR MAIN DUTIES WILL INVOLVE**:

- Helping with deliveries.
- Preparing meats and vegetables
- Assisting in stock rotation.
- Contributing to maintaining kitchen and food safety standards.
- Effective time management for preparation and production of products.
- Precise measurements of ingredients and portion sizes.
- Executing daily, weekly, and monthly cleaning duties as directed.
