**RTS Technical instructor**

We are looking to hire those that wish to teach. This opportunity is for an exciting, dynamic role, that covers a spectrum of activity within an aviation maintenance training environment. If you have experience in aviation, we can train you to teach.

In addition to the functions detailed below, this role may specialise in mechanical, avionic, composite specialties and more with opportunities to teach in workshop, classroom, and the hangar environment. Technical Instructor responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
**Main Duties and Responsibilities**:

- The theoretical and practical delivery of LRTT PT 66 training products
- EASA Approved Examiner and Invigilator duties as required
- Assisting in maintenance and updating of approved training resources
- Striving to ensure that LRTT meets customer satisfaction key performance indicators (KPI) and targets

In addition to the functions detailed above, you will be required to carry out such other duties as may reasonably be required. In addition, key objectives and targets will be set/established and agreed on appointment.

**Qualifications**:

- An appropriate qualification in aviation maintenance
- Minimum 5 years industry experience with an understanding of air worthiness regulations 1321
- A good working knowledge of MS Office
- Clean driving licence
- Must be able to satisfy DBS clearance check
