**About the role**

As a Professional Services Consultant, you will play a critical role in driving success for independent schools in the UK and around the world. Your main responsibility will be to partner with schools and guide them through various projects, such as new school implementations and optimising the use of our management information system. In this dynamic role, you will be the go-to expert for providing best-practice training and advice to help schools get the most out of our software.

You will receive extensive training in SchoolBase software and join a community of high-calibre professionals who are passionate about transforming the education sector.

**Your potential new role involves**:

- Facilitating new customer software implementation projects
- Preparing and delivering engaging software product training sessions
- Providing best-practice advice relating to use of the SchoolBase system
- Carrying out data management tasks in customer databases

**Your experience and attributes**:

- Comfortable presenting to small audiences and facilitating group training sessions
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Time management and personal organisation skills
- Proficiency with Microsoft® Office suite, including Excel
- Strong orientation towards delivering excellent customer service

**Highly regarded**:

- Teaching or coding-related qualifications
- Teaching or school administration experience
- Experience writing and running SQL database queries
- Project management experience

Starting salary for the successful applicant will be commensurate with the applicant's current skill level.

**Salary**: £23,000.00-£27,000.00 per year
