Aftersales Manager

Our client is a franchised passenger car dealership in **Indonesia**, the business operates from modern premises with an ambitious team. They have a rare opportunity for an experienced **Aftersales Manager** to join and lead the service and parts business.
- With full P&L responsibility for the aftersales business, you will have a strategic, but hands-on approach to leadership with a focus on delighting customers and ensuring the workshop produces high quality work consistently.
- You will have at least five years of experience as either Aftersales or Service Manager, preferably working with a progressive passenger car dealership with a thorough understanding of the KPIs, what motivates people and how to win customers.

**The Package**

The base salary on offer is IDR 30,000,000 - IDR 40,000,000 per month plus Bonus with training, and career progression opportunities.
