Marketing / Social Media Assistant

Made-Well is looking for a Marketing / Social Media Assistant to join our friendly team, you will be responsible for assisting with the promotion and marketing of the company under the guidance of one of our Site Managers. In addition, some general clerical tasks will be required in our office, such as, answering telephone, taking accurate messages and passing to correct person in a timely manner, meeting and greeting visitors to the site.

**Responsibilities**:

- Producing a weekly calendar and newsletter;
- Marketing, including on-line platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, Twitter and Youtube;
- Scheduling regular on-line posts;
- Gathering information, photos etc., from around the site to post on-line;
- Creating posters and other advertising material;
- Creating easy read and pictorial material;
- Taking notes / minutes of meetings when required;
- Helping organise and maintain office areas;
- Performing general office duties and errands.

Skills Required:

- Keen eye and attention to detail;
- Ability to follow instructions;
- Organisational skills;
- Tech savyy and technology experience;
- Willingness to learn and grow as part of the company;
- Excellent communication skills;
- Ability to prepare and print routine correspondence, labels, and/or other basic written material;
- Word processing and/or data entry skills;
- Skilled in the use of operating basic office equipment.

**Job Type**: Part-time
Part-time hours: 18 per week

**Salary**: £10.42 per hour
