Ground Worker

Outdoor Makeover Group are currently seeking experienced Ground Workers to join our team servicing the Devon and Cornwall area. We specialize in residential and commercial groundwork services including excavation, drainage, concreting and more.

**Responsibilities**:

- Undertake all aspects of ground works including excavation, drainage, concreting and paving -Work independently or as part of a team to ensure projects are completed efficiently and on schedule -Operate plant machinery such as mini diggers and dumpers (CPCS or NPORS preferred) -Ensure all work is carried out in accordance with company policies and procedures -Adhere to all health and safety regulations on-site -Load and unload the van with equipment and supplies necessary for the job -Keep the van clean and organized

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience in ground works and/or construction industry -Ability to work independently or as part of a team -Knowledge of using plant machinery such as mini diggers and dumpers (CPCS or NPORS preferred) -Strong communication skills -Valid driving license -Must be physically fit and able to lift heavy loads
