Flyer Distributor Volunteer

**Why am I needed?**

Tenovus Cancer Care are hosting a Gala Event to help celebrate our 80thYear. This role is to help promote the Gala event, in particular, to help boost ticket sales for the celebrations.

**What will I be doing?**

Putting event flyers in public places in and around Cardiff, for example, coffee shops, libraries, sports halls, shops, pubs, hair dressers, etc.

**What skills do I need?**

Communication skills - as you will be required to ask the permission from the owner / manager of the establishment.

An enthusiasm for the work of Tenovus Cancer Care.

**How much time do I need to commit?**

Very flexible - whatever hours / days you can offer between 10am and 5pm.

**What support will I be given?**

Alex will meet with you beforehand to give the flyers, explain what the event entails (in case they get asked any questions) and give you examples of places to approach.
