We are an Internet Retailer looking for a motivated person who is willing to take initiative & contribute to the future success of our business.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
Prepare, Ship & Manage outgoing Website Orders

Action incoming deliveries & stocktake

Ensure the smooth running of the admin processes

Identify & solve problems

Respond quickly and effectively to customer queries

Improve efficiency of existing processes

Ensure the highest level of customer service is provided at all times

Involvement in Business Development ( Social media/brain storming etc)

**SKILLS REQUIRED**:

- This is a full time role where you will be expected to work every 2nd or 3rd Sunday.

**Able to work with Pace and Urgency**

Due to the amount of customer contact you must have excellent communication skills

Accurate, thorough and well organised with excellent attention to detail

Experienced on Buying & Selling in an internet marketplace ( eg: Amazon/Ebay) is an advantage

Must have good computer skills & a decent level of grammar ( will be tested)

A clean driving Licence is an advantage but not necessary

Pay: From £11.74 per hour

Expected hours: No less than 38 per week
