We have an opportunity for a Finance Trainer to join our associate trainer team. We reckon we are the friendliest and most supportive team out there. This role offers the opportunity to deliver exciting teaching materials to UK-based and international military forces in an inspiring and learner-centred way.

They will be tenacious, adaptable, and flexible, with the ability to create innovate new teaching materials that can be adapted to the needs and cultures of their students.

**Essential**:

- 5 or more years of practical experience managing finance in a commercial or military setting
- Demonstratable experience in trainer role with a learner-centred approach
- Understanding and awareness of different cultures
- Ability to communicate and train clearly, simply and with enthusiasm

**Desired**:

- Experience of running a small or medium sized business
