**Permanent Call Handler role in Warwick**

You will be responsible for driving enquires on behalf of key stakeholders to generate revenue. Our client is a data and digital marketing agency based in Warwick. The ideal team member will have experience on the telephone but not essential.

**RESPONSIBILITIES**
- Qualification of inbound telephone and digital enquiries, converting into qualified sales leads
- Work to high volume call and duration targets
- Consistently provide excellent telemarketing to generate new business appointments
- Build and maintain the company’s contact management database/CRM platform ‘ZOHO’ according to sales pipeline
- Effective planning of time and tasks to ensure monthly sales and calling targets are achieved

Full training is provided for the role and salary is between £18-£20K

Working pattern is Monday to Friday - 9am - 5pm with an hour and a half for lunch
