Waitress/server

Job Summary:
We are seeking a skilled and enthusiastic Server to join our team. As a Server, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service, taking orders, and delivering food and beverages to our guests. **Duties**:

- Greet and seat guests in a friendly and professional manner
- Present menus and answer any questions regarding menu items
- Take accurate food and drink orders from guests
- Relay orders to the kitchen staff and ensure timely delivery of food and beverages
- Serve food and drinks to guests in a courteous and efficient manner
- Check on guests throughout their meal to ensure satisfaction
- Clear tables and clean dining area after guests have finished their meals
- Handle guest complaints or concerns with professionalism and escalate when necessary
- Upsell menu items and promote specials to increase sales

**Experience**:

- Previous experience in a similar role is preferred
- Strong customer service skills with the ability to provide exceptional guest experiences
- Excellent time management skills to prioritize tasks effectively
- Ability to work well in a team environment, collaborating with kitchen staff and other servers

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time, Permanent

**Salary**: £7.50-£12.00 per hour
