**Position**:Support Administrator

We are recruiting for a large employer with modern offices and a fun atmosphere in the Carlisle area. They’re looking for an experienced Administrator or Admin Support person to join their technical team. You’ll be supporting the service desk with incoming tickets.

As a Support Administrator your role will include:

- Allocating support tickets to the correct technical advisors
- Reviewing information to ensure the correct details and priority ratings have been set
- Requesting any additional information to support the teams resolution
- Re-allocating tickets based on workflow
- Assisting the Service Desk Team to identify common themes and trend analysis with incoming tickets

This is a full time permanent position working Monday to Friday, 9am to 5:30pm with the option of hybrid working once fully trained. The salary is dependant on experience but is up to £23,000.
