Esg Graduate

**Location: Leicester with hybrid working Salary: £22,000pa**

We are looking for a Graduate to join on a 2-year programme, to support with the Bank's Environmental, Social and Governance activity.

Working closely with the Group Legal Counsel and Chief Risk Officer, you would play an active role in supporting with the development of our strategy, including B-Corp and Net Zero.

We would provide full support in your development, (including external training options), to ensure you gain knowledge and experience of the ESG activity undertaken by the bank.

**About you**

For this role you will need the following:

- A genuine interest in ESG / Sustainability.
- Experience with managing multiple projects with varying scope.
- High level IT skills
- in particular MS Excel and PowerPoint
- Analytical and diligent approach to work.
- Experience with data handling and reporting would be desirable, however full training would be provided.
