Ecommerce Administrator

We have an exciting opportunity for an enthusiastic, reliable, and hardworking **Ecommerce Administrator** at Harlow Bros Long Whatton**.** This is a fast-paced working environment working within a well-established team.

Harlow's has recently transitioned from a family-owned business to an Employee-owned business. Harlow’s has over 90 years’ experience in Timber, Engineered Timber, Manufactured Buildings and more. With 13 locations across the UK and over 500 employees, from manufacture to merchanting, Harlow’s have the expertise to advise, supply and support you in any project or build.

We are looking for someone with the following **experience/qualifications**:

- A passion for data accuracy.
- The ability to create images & media to set guidelines & standards.
- A drive to be part of a busy growing department whilst playing an important part if driving sales.
- The ability to prioritise daily workload.
- The ability to write punctually accurate descriptive product information.
- Ability to use Microsoft office
- A confident & professional telephone manner.
- A keen eye for detail.
- The desire to set & achieve a high standard.
- Willingness to develop & enhance working practices and systems as we grow.
- Experience with eBay, Amazon, Magento (not essential this can be taught)

The hours of work are 7:30-5 Monday-Friday and 8-12 on alternate Saturdays.

You will report to **Ecommerce Management Team.**

As a Ecommerce Administrator **your**primary **responsibilities** would be:

- Maintaining product files in term of data, media & prices within a multi-channel eCommerce business.
- Building new product data & obtaining / creating media to enhance the Harlow online range.
- Ecommerce operational involvement with order processing, customer service & administration.
