As part of our dedicated team, we are seeking a proactive and friendly GP Receptionist to join us in delivering exceptional patient care.

Role Overview:
As a GP Receptionist, you will be the first point of contact for our patients, ensuring they receive a warm welcome and efficient assistance. Your role will involve managing appointments, handling inquiries, maintaining patient records, and supporting the smooth operation of our practice.

Key Responsibilities:

- Greet patients and visitors in a courteous and professional manner.
- Manage appointment bookings, cancellations, and rescheduling efficiently.
- Maintain patient records and update information accurately in the system.
- Assist with administrative tasks such as filing, scanning, and data entry.
- Collaborate with healthcare professionals to ensure seamless patient care delivery.
- Uphold confidentiality and privacy standards in accordance with healthcare regulations.

**Requirements**:

- Previous experience in a receptionist or customer service role, preferably in a healthcare setting.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong organizational abilities with attention to detail.
- Proficiency in using computer systems and basic office software.
- Ability to multitask and work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Empathy and compassion towards patients' needs and concerns.
- Knowledge of medical terminology and practice management software is desirable but not essential.
