Due to significant growth in one of our key business areas, we are looking for a trainee consultant to join our Bristol team.

Responsibilities will include:

- Marketing
- Production of job adverts
- Industry Research

Longer term you will be responsible for your own business area, engaging with clients, sourcing new business and managing the full recruitment process.

Experience of working in a high volume, customer focused role would be beneficial, but not essential & previous sales experience or knowledge of the housing sector could be beneficial, but again, not essential

This opportunity could suit a recent graduate looking for their first opportunity within recruitment within an exciting supportive environment

Our Recruitment Consultants need to be:

- Ambitious
- Self-motivated
- A good communicator
- Well organised
- Have good IT Skills in Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook
- Have high attention to detail

Training:

- There will be hands-on job training provided from day 1.
- You will be working in an open plan office, closely with other members/departments and working from home opportunities are available on Fridays
- You'll have the opportunity to learn from others, shadow/ask questions.

Working Hours

Monday to Thursday - 8.30 - 5.30

Friday - 8.30 - 5.00

- £20,000 - £22,000 Salary + commission (first year OTE £30,000)
