Our client, a public sector authority, see
**10 Desktop Deployment Assistants **to support, build, delivery and installation of IT hardware.
This role is based across both Acute and Community healthcare settings in the Greater Glasgow area.
**This is renumerated at £12.46 per hour.**

Installations will range from single devices to individual areas/departments to larger volumes as part of project related deployment.

**Essential skills and qualifications**:

- Desktop Deployment Analysts must have either relevant technical education of qualification or at least 2 years of IT experience within specialist area.- Essential - Degree/HND in IT or associated discipline with at least 2 years' experience in Desktop support role, field or call centre based, project or service supportOr- Desktop Deployment Analysts will demonstrate strong communication and interpersonal skills. The ability to liaise effectively with Senior Internal NHS Managers and Senior External Managers/Clinicians is essential- Full clean driving licence and access to transport- Qualified in ITIL IT Service Management- Exposure to Health Service Desktop services- Additional HP/Dell/Lexmark(other vendor) hardware training /certification
