**The Role**

**What You'll Do**
- Take ownership of creating, maintaining and optimising Paid social campaigns - working to category specific ROAS and ROI targets.
- Day-to-day management of ad campaigns on social media platforms, such as Facebook, Instagram, Pinterest and more.
- Work with the Paid Social manager and marketing team to define campaign objectives, set budgets, and create ad creative.
- Administrative duties such as updating and maintaining the daily spend tracker, weekly optimisation logs
- Work with the creative team to brief in copy, image and video creative depending on campaign needs.
- Track and analyse campaign performance using in platform reports and data analytics tools such as Google Analytics.
- Report on campaign results to stakeholders.
- Actively seek out new testing opportunities and work with the team to push them through to execution.
- Test and learn new ideas: covering creative, campaign structures, audiences.

**Essential Skills & Behaviours we’re looking for**:

- 1 year’s experience in Paid Social
- Strong competency of numerical and Excel skills - VLOOKUPS, Pivot Tables etc.
- Able to communicate clearly to internal and external stakeholders - verbal and nonverbal.
- Able to work quickly and accurately under pressure.
- Works proactively - strives for activity to be best in class and flags potential additional value to management.
- Highly analytical - is detail driven and enjoys problem solving.
- Connecting - strives to make positive relationships across the business and industry to drive mutual benefit
- Creativity - across account structure, campaign execution and working with our design teams on briefs

**Desirable Experience you will have**:

- A strong understanding of Paid Social & Digital Marketing
- Experienced working with large data sets and generating actionable insights
- Proven track record of organisation, task management and hitting deadlines
- Present ideas to senior team members clearly and confidently on a consistent basis
- Understanding of the importance of creative to the success of Paid Social campaigns.
- Comfortable working both within a team and individually
