Drinks Waitress

**We're looking for Drinks waiters/waitresses for an exciting sporting event in a fantastic venue in Wood Green.**

If you are over 18 and can demonstrate a polite and professional manner, confidence and enthusiasm, and willingness to deliver a fantastic experience to guests, then you could be exactly what we're looking for

**Position purpose**

As a drinks waiter/waitress, you will be taking orders for drinks via tablet, collecting the orders from the bar, and serving them to the hopsitality tables with a smile. Your roles will also include upselling drinks to customers, assisting senior staff members to ensure the event runs smoothly, and tending to guests in a prompt and polite manner.

**Key Responsibilites**
- Understand and follow all waiting duties
- Anticipate guests’ needs, respond promptly and acknowledge all guests
- Addire to any guest and manager requests quickly and efficiently
- Know how to open and pour wines (training provdided)
- Be immaculately dressed/well presented
- Competent in engaging with guests
- Input orders using tablets
- Taking transactions
- Carrying trays filled with drinks
- Challenge 25

**Knowledge, Skills & Abilities**
- Fluent in English
- Friendly and team player
- Professional and polite
- Flexibility to work a variety of shift patterns
- Great attention to detail
- Good knowledge of alcohol
- Willingness and enthusiasm to deliver a fantastic experience

**Proven Experience/Education Level**

Experience within a similar environment is preferable, however we recruit for attitude and personality rather than experience and will give you the tools to ensure you will be successful in your role.

Over 18's only

**Job Types**: Part-time, Temporary contract

**Salary**: £11.50 per hour

- Day shift
- Monday to Friday
- Night shift
- Weekend availability
