**Duties**:

- Assist chefs and kitchen staff with basic food preparation tasks

- Wash dishes, utensils, and cooking equipment
- Keep kitchen floors and work surfaces clean and sanitised
- Dispose of rubbish and recycling appropriately
- Support the team in maintaining stock levels of kitchen supplies
- Follow health and safety regulations at all times

**Requirements**:

- Previous experience working in a kitchen environment is advantageous
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced setting
- Strong teamwork skills to collaborate effectively with kitchen staff
- Good communication skills to follow instructions from chefs and colleagues
- Willingness to learn and take on various tasks as required
- Understanding of basic food hygiene practices
