**Hours per week**: 37 - requires flexibility to work at evenings and weekends as required for which time off in lieu will be granted

The Equality, Diversity and Inclusion Partner is responsible for providing guidance, advice and support to managers and staff across the service in relation to internal inclusion activity. The role is critical in the effective management of change for HIWFRS, through the creation and delivery of inclusion and diversity strategies, plans and communications that engage, have impact and help change behaviour.

You should have a proven track record of supporting the development and delivery of people related work streams that will promote HIWFRS as an employer of choice and supports a diverse and inclusive culture. You will be confident in delivering presentations and workshops as well as engaging with communities to help us to build a more representative workforce.

You will be positive about developing yourself and exploring new ways to ensure that our values and behaviours are embedded throughout HIWFRS.

This role is based at Hampshire and Isle of Wight Fire and Rescue Service HQ in Eastleigh, however the Service offers hybrid working. There will also be a requirement to travel to Fire Stations within Hampshire and Isle of Wight and other venues as required.
